There are really three different main ideas of evolution. First, the idea of creation science, which is the belief that God made us exactly who we are and has there is scientific evidence to prove it. Next, the theistic evolution view basically sees that God created the first cell and then used evolution as a tool to guide the development of each new species; which led to humans. Lastly, there is the scientific view. These scientists feel that God played no part in the process of evolution. The world was driven by blind, natural forces.
Creation scientists have a “world-view” or “model” for their science. Their believe is based on the idea that an intelligent designer (God) exists and He created our universe. They believe that the first eleven chapters of the Bible to be real history. This includes the unnatural introduction of “death” because of the disobedience of Adam and Eve. Creation scientists also believe that the earth is still very young, less than 10,000 years old.

The theistic view is simply the general opinion that some or all classical religious teachings about God and creation are compatible with some or all of the modern scientific understanding about biological evolution. It is the proposition that God is in charge of evolution. God directs and guides the development of life forms over millions of years. Theistic evolution contends that there is no conflict between science and the Biblical book of Genesis.
The scientific view of evolution is similar to the theistic view in that God did create everything on earth. Their opinions differ because the scientific view is the idea that God had nothing to do with evolution. They believe that over time, the world’s creatures changed simply by natural forces. All of these views have proof to go along with them. Creation scientists are correct because creatures were created and over time changed significantly. The theistic view could be proven because bacteria has been found in animals to make them change shape. Creation science could be right in that God could have put the bacteria in these animals so they would be able to change over time. I don’t think anyone will ever be able to decide for sure which opinion is right. All we know is over a long period of time, plants and animals have adapted to their environment very well which is why humans exist today.
